A small update patch for v 1.1

- Small tint changes to the screen.

- Slight spritework changes to fix inconsistency.

- Fix Artwork for consistency.

- Fix to action during battle, where you used to be able to press right to skip the turn/action. That has now been removed.

- You can now wait till you press Z before moving forward during the rankings selection screen.
